The first tells of a fun outing for the three siblings--Ben, Zach, and little Chelsea--with Grandma. The second describes learning to cook with Mom (and Dad). In the third, the family visits the park (and meet a mischievous puppy). All three promote family harmony and close interaction, teaching respect for others, and responsibility. These are good for parents or grandparents to read to younger children, while elementary -age readers will be happy to tackle the stories on their own.
