Review: BEEHIVES: A SUSPENSE NOVEL by Mary Coley
BEEHIVES is an exciting mystery which compelled me to read in one sitting, racing from page to page. It's cozy, in that there's no profanity or explicit sensuality. It's also an emotionally deep story, and I'm eager to read earlier books in the series. Author Mary Coley delves into the ramifications of familiar secrecy like very few others; and the totally unexpected plot twists are astounding. I really learned some Oklahoma history too, concerning the Osage, and FDR' s Civilian Conservation Corps. It's a story I won't easily forget.
